Robert Moya
Senior Operating Partner
Mr. Robert Moya brings experience and expertise that spans over 30 years in Emergency Medicine with 25 of those years serving as a Paramedic, Field Training Officer and Manager in EMS.
Mr. Moya is also the Senior Operating Partner of Archangel Consulting, LLC where he provides Emergency Medicine and Management consultation for various agencies. Mr. Moya also serves as the senior instructor for Archangel Consulting’s continuing education department.
Paulo Garcia
Director of Education
Mr. Paulo Garcia brings expertise that spans over 30 years in Emergency Medicine. Mr. Garcia has served dutifully as a Combat Medic for the US Army, Combat Medic Instructor, Paramedic, and Affiliate Faculty for the NAEMT.
Mr. Garcia serves as the Education Coordinator and Senior Partner for Archangel Continuing Education.
Dr. Sarah McClure
Medical Director
Dr. Sarah Frances McClure is an EMS physician currently working with EMS systems in wildland fire, industrial EMS, and other specialty EMS systems to help bring prehospital medicine closer to the scene of the illness or injury. Sarah Frances started her EMS career as an EMT-IV, swift water and high angle rescue technician in Franklin County, TN. After college, she worked as a paramedic in Texas with Harris County Emergency Corps and Williamson County Emergency Medical Services before attending medical school at William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Sarah Frances completed her fellowship in EMS in San Antonio, TX, working with San Antonio Fire Department and Bexar County agencies in the UT Health Office of the Medical Director. In her off-time, Dr. McClure enjoys Jiu Jitsu and backpacking with her dog
